Kodomo-No-Kata - Unit 2
Part of the Youth 7th Class Nanakyū (Green) exam. This unit introduces foundational throwing techniques and transitions into basic holds, emphasizing control, safety, and mutual cooperation. Focus is placed on proper ukemi (falling techniques) and smooth movement between techniques.

Ukemi-Waza
Proper falling techniques are practiced to ensure safety and build confidence during throws.

| - Students proceed to take two steps, and then on the third step they perform a front rolling fall, coming back to their feet. This front rolling fall is over the right shoulder. - Students then proceed to do the same thing going back to their original positions, but the break fall is over their left shoulder. | ||
