Kata Evaluation

The Kata Evaluation should begin with a Formal Bow.

Section 1 - Tachi-Waza

Demonstrate 4 Beginner Nage Waza techniques, on both their dominant and non-dominant side, from the Standard Judo Grip while static or moving where appropriate.
