Osaekomi-Waza (押さえ込み技) refers to the pinning techniques in Judo. These techniques are used to hold an opponent on their back, immobilizing them and preventing them from escaping or counterattacking. Osaekomi-Waza is a subset of Katame-Waza (grappling techniques).
