Kata Evaluation
Beginning
The evaluation should begin with a Formal Bow.
Section 1 - Tachi-Waza
Demonstrate 4 Beginner Nage Waza techniques, on both their dominant and non-dominant side, from the Standard Judo Grip while static or moving where appropriate.

Ukemi-Waza
To demonstrate appropriate proficiency in Ukemi Waza, the Tori will receive these four techniques on their dominant side from their Uke.
Section 2 - Ne-Waza
Demonstrate 3 Osaekomi Techniques while transitioning from a Nage Waza Technique. (Throw > Transition > Pin)
