"I have been practicing martial arts in one form or another for most of my life. Growing up, I did both Greco-Roman and Freestyle Wrestling and dabbled in Shotokan Karate until I was introduced to Chinese Martial Arts. I have been studying Wu Chi Chuan Kung Fu or over 30 years and hold a 5th degree black belt in it. I’ve also been fortunate to study Tai Chi, Xing-Yi, Wing Chun, Hung Gar, and Kickboxing. I was very lucky to be able to return to grappling with Red River Judo in 2023, and I’m honored to be allowed to assist in coaching."
