Section 1 - Tachi-Waza

Nage Waza

Demonstrate 4 Intermediate Nage-Waza techniques from the Standard Judo Grip while static or moving where appropriate.

Ukemi-Waza

To demonstrate appropriate proficiency in Ukemi Waza as being a proper training partner, the Tori will receive these four techniques on their dominant side from their Uke.

Demonstrate 4 Tech-Beginner Nage Waza techniques from an alternative grip while static or moving where appropriate.
